Some electric cars are distinguished by a badge in the search results saying either Free charging or Initial charge included.
When you are looking at a car profile, it will be clearly stated if the car is electric at the top of the page beneath the car’s rating.

Different cars have different charging policies. When you are looking at a car’s profile, scroll down to the Charging policy section. Here you will find information about what to expect when picking up the car, including details on who pays for what and if the car needs to be plugged in upon return.

Search “Charging station” in your favorite map application. If you’re in doubt, plan ahead before your rental and note down where charging stations are located on your route.
The range of an electric car depends on the size of the battery, how the car is driven, and environmental factors such as temperature. For example, driving slowly in a city will use less battery charge than driving fast on a highway.
Navigate to Rentals and choose the booking you are interested in. At the bottom of the page under Your rental, there is a link called How charging works, which will explain the full details of that specific car’s charging features and requirements.
Some owners will also write specific information about their electric cars in the Good to know during the rental page, which is found at the bottom of the page in the Your rental section.
