How does the service of my leasing car work?

When you lease a used or new car with GoMore, service is always included in your monthly cost. You need to service the car according to the car's own service interval, even if the service light is not always on. When service is approaching, you contact our reading partner who will refer you to an authorized brand workshop where you book an appointment. The workshop will then send the invoice to the relevant leasing partner.

What are my responsibilities as a lessee?

As a lessee, it is your responsibility to service the car according to the car's service intervals. It varies from model to model how often a car should be serviced. The intervals are always stated digitally or in the car's service book. If there is no service book in the car, you should contact an authorized branded workshop that can see when the car should be serviced via your registration number. It is important that you as a lessee service the car before the interval has passed.

Windshield wipers, refilling of washer fluid and washing are not included as part of the service agreement.

Can I service my leasing car throughout the country?

Yes, you can. Service is available at your nearest authorised branded workshop.
